Cancellations:

Cancellations at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a fee equal to the first night. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund unless the property can be re-booked and a $100 fee will apply. We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures.

Cleanliness		Raelene Crouch The property was very comfortable, everything we needed was there. However it could do with a decent spring clean - ceiling cobwebs, greasy dust on curtains,. Filter on airconditioner was very dirty/greasy and fan quite noisy as started up overnight. None of this affected the surfaces you use - otherwise spotless. Hot water supply could be improved as if you used the spa, there was no hot water left for showers later in the day. The hot water is an electric service and heats overnight, it is not unlimited, however there is a boost button in the meterbox that can be pressed anytime to heat the water.
