The property was very comfortable, everything we needed was there. However it could do with a decent spring clean - ceiling cobwebs, greasy dust on curtains,. Filter on airconditioner was very dirty/greasy and fan quite noisy as started up overnight. None of this affected the surfaces you use - otherwise spotless. Hot water supply could be improved as if you used the spa, there was no hot water left for showers later in the day.

Thanks for your feedback and we will ask the cleaners to take care of that. The hot water is an electric service and heats overnight, it is not unlimited, however there is a boost button in the meterbox that can be pressed anytime to heat the water.

What a beautiful place to stay. The house was so comfortable and the location awesome very near to the center of Halls Gap. My only complaint is we didn't stay longer!
